  Have visited Dawat many times, the quality of food and service is always faultless. Their flavours of curries are full of depth and they will make the heat/spice level to suit any palate. Highly recommend Dawat, good for couples, families or groups.

  It was almost closing time but they were happy to take my order. The food was so delicious and freshly made for me. I recommend this restaurant.

  Best Indian food in Hobart. Amazing service and great attention to detail. Curries were very authentic and they even had a chocolate for the kids at the end. Little play area is a great idea for kids. Will return even had a takeaway menu

  My partner and I ordered the mild Malai Kofta, mild Tikka Masala, Cheese and garlic naan, and mango lassi. Everything was simply devine, beautiful flavours, not too spicy, great serving size, fast and friendly service. Fantastic Indian food!!
